Most groups are usually made up of a large numbers of people from dozens of different families. It takes long range planning in order to pull off a group outing, with most groups booking the lodge several weeks, to several months in advance. To hold a date with Braxtan Place Group Lodging, the group must pay in advance the minimum stay of $250.00 per night in order to reserve your date's. $300.00 on Holiday Weekends. Holiday weekends also require the first group to book the weekend to a 2 night minimum stay. Cancellations must be made no less than 60 days prior to your stay in order to receive a refund. We receive more calls for reservations than we have room to take care of. Unfortunately, due to the complex numbers that make up group outings, outings cannot be put together in a matter of a few days, but take weeks if not months to organize. Due to these restraints, we cannot allow cancellations shorter than 60 days because of the long range planning that groups require to re-book the date. When a group cancels at even two or three weeks before, our lodge cannot be re-rented on such short notice. Refunds will be made in full if the group cancels prior to the 60 day rule. Refunds will also be made if Paoli Peaks were to temporarily close the mountain due to unseasonable warm weather. We are sorry for any inconveniences on these policies. |
